TYC Bike Rally participants began their journey at 5:30 AM with a briefing before heading towards Khenzimane.

Along the way, the Lungla BJP unit graciously hosted breakfast at the circuit house. The group then visited the Green Tara Monastery, where the head lama welcomed them with Khatas and offered prayers for Tibet’s freedom and the success of the rally.
After a three and a half-hour ride, they arrived at the historic Khenzimane, a profoundly significant site. This was the first place in India where His Holiness the Dalai Lama set foot as an exile, arriving on a yak and received by a team from the Assam Rifles led by Shri T.S. Murthy, the Assistant Political Officer (APO).

At this deeply emotional location, the participants offered prayers for the long life of His Holiness and for the freedom of Tibet. They were also blessed under the auspicious tree planted by His Holiness upon his arrival. Situated on the border between Tibet and India, Khenzimane holds immense historical and spiritual importance.
The group concluded their visit by singing Tibet’s national anthem and then proceeded to the Gorsam Stupa, where they prayed for the same noble cause. After a full day of activities, the participants safely arrived in Tawang at 6:30 PM.
