Archives: Cultural Preservation

TYC believes that the preservation of Tibetan culture, customs, and traditions is the key to preserving Tibetan national identity and hence the continuity of the national struggle. As such, the preservation and promotion of Tibet’s rich cultural heritage is enshrined in the Constitution of TYC and form an important aspect of TYC activities.

TYC organises cultural exhibitions, drama, festivals, prayers etc. for the preservation of the Tibetan culture, tradition and customs etc. and to create awareness among the people of the world of Tibet’s rich cultural heritage thereby preserving Tibetan national identity.
